Professions in Drayora

Professions speak to what you're good at and what you've done and learned before the game. You typically start with a number of professions equal to your Tier + 1. Professions are written in the following format:

Profession Name
Prereq: If you need to have another profession or some other requirement to take this profession, it is listed here.
Tier: This is the rough level of power and status associated with this profession. You must have a Tier equal to or higher than the Tier of any profession you take.
Stamina, Willpower, Kit: Apply these modifiers to your statistics, which each start at 6 and add Resistance, Resolve, and a Craft skill (respectively). None of these statistics can be reduced below 1 by profession modifiers.
Skills: You gain a free rank in each chosen skill, per the rules on free ranks.
Specialties: You gain a free rank in each specialty, per the rules on free ranks. Unless otherwise noted, you must meet the prerequisites for the specialties gained in this way, which may require you to buy ranks in certain skills or other specialties.
Starting Equipment: Suggested items for you to start with.

Skills: Empathy, Resolve
Specialties: Ethereal Sight
Starting Equipment: An implement which draws lost souls and ethereal creatures to you

Skills: Philosophy, Spellcraft
Specialties: Factotum (Empathy, Occult)
Starting Equipment: A focus with the intercorporeal descriptor, allowing you to interact directly with ghosts and other spirits
